Located in Sunriver, Oregon, Cohen’s Stacked Bistro brings flavor upon flavor stacked into amazing dishes.
Cohen’s Stacked Bistro is the brainchild of David Cohen. Born and raised in Goshen, NY, David received his degree in Culinary Arts from Paul Smith’s College. Hired on as a sous chef at a high end restaurant at Hotel Saranac in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. He then went on to work at Villa Vespa in Lake Placid New York, a Classic Italian restaurant where everything was made from scratch.
A move brought him to Yachats, Oregon, where he worked at the Adobe restaurant, before moving on to become the Executive Chef at both Cafe Sintra’ and Marcello’s in Sunriver. David was co-owner of Rockin’ Daves Bagel Bistro in Bend for 8 years till 2015. He is the owner of Food Cartel food cart, as well as former Executive Chef of Rat Hole Brewing.
