Crux Fermentation Project

Unique beer, unmatched sunset views, and food carts at Bend's most family-friendly brewpub.
50 SW Division St., Bend, OR 97702

Located in the retrofitted old Aamco Transmission shop at the “crux” of the North, South, East and West parts of Bend, this brewery and pub’s name was inspired not only from their location, but from the fermentation or crux of the brewing process. The brewery was designed to allow for non-traditional brewing methods like decoction mashing, open fermentation, oak barrel aging, wild yeast strains and experimental hops, producing bold, aggressive beers.

Featuring a warm exposed beam interior with indoor and outdoor seating and a view of the Cascade Mountains to the west, Crux is open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday.
