Farmers Markets Bountiful in Central Oregon (Video)

Central Oregon is lucky to have a bevy of farmers markets all over the region all summer long – all of which showcase the very diverse produce offerings many folks might not realize can be grown here. Beyond fruits and produce, the Central Oregon farmers markets feature locally raised and butchered beef, chicken and pork along with eggs, soap and more. Many of the markets offer live music, giving it a more “festival” atmosphere and some even have guest chefs doing cooking classes or talking about how to make amazing dishes with what you’re buying. Below is a list of some of the markets in the region. (Dates/Times subject to change.)

Redmond, Centennial Park, 3 – 6

Bend, Brooks Street (Downtown), 3 – 7
DD Ranch, Terrebonne, Through Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Includes beef, lamb, pork, honey & eggs)

Sisters, Barclay Park, 3 – 6

Prineville, City Plaza, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Bend, Northwest Crossing, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Beginning June 18th)
Madras, Sahalee Park 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (except Aug. 5th)
