IN OUR BACKYARD

IN OUR BACKYARD (IOB) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit leader dedicated to the fight against sex and labor trafficking. In 2006, Founder Nita Belles was exposed to the devastating realities of human trafficking. She was driven to take action against the exploitation of children and adults. Established in 2009, IOB links arms across America to collaborate with others in the fight against human trafficking through seven different programs involving awareness and prevention. Thousands of volunteers link arms with IOB to sustain our programs. IOB is most grateful to advocate for survivors and actively seeks their input in all aspects of its work.
