The officially designated scenic bikeway was established to showcase that scenery—and delivers big views no matter which direction you ride.
You’ll find hundreds of miles of mountain-biking trails around Central Oregon, but one particular network of paths has gained acclaim among riders from across the Pacific Northwest since its creation in the 1980s: Phil’s Trail.
