Most of those pathways are set back from the road, making it easy for riders of all stripes to safely navigate Sunriver while enjoying its many sites and attractions.
From the foothills of the Cascades to the heart of the high desert, you’ll experience the wide range of Central Oregon landscapes around every bend on the 37-mile Sisters to Smith Rock Scenic Bikeway. The officially designated scenic bikeway was established to showcase that scenery—and delivers big views no matter which direction you ride.
You’ll find hundreds of miles of mountain-biking trails around Central Oregon, but one particular network of paths has gained acclaim among riders from across the Pacific Northwest since its creation in the 1980s: Phil’s Trail.
