If you are traveling from out of town for some of Central Oregon's yearly events, like the Sisters Quilt Show or the Pacific Crest Weekend Sports Festival, we encourage you to take a look at our many places to stay. Oregon High Desert Classics are hosted on a beautiful 40-acre ranch in sunny Bend, Oregon. These premier AA hunter/jumper competitions attract top riders from all over the Western United States and Canada.

Held in Bend, Oregon, Cork & Barrel is an annual three-day wine and food event series benefiting KIDS Center. Each year Cork & Barrel brings a different and unique wine region to Central Oregon. In 2019, we are proud to feature the wines of Southern Oregon!

Don’t miss the Sisters Arts & Crafts Festival plus Antiques in the Park at Sisters Creekside Campground. There will be incredible Arts, Crafts, Food and Entertainment. This is event benefits a local wish through the Make‑A‑Wish Foundation of Oregon. This is a juried event. Applications can be obtained at website listed above.
The Ghost Tree Invitational is a signature Bend event that is both a golf tournament and an incredible night of dining and dancing at beautiful Pronghorn Resort. This is the party of the season!! Proceeds benefit local charities.
The event kicks off with a double shotgun golf tournament at the award winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. Tee prizes and gifts will be given to each player, in addition you will have hole sponsors spread throughout the course that will be serving drinks and food on select tee boxes. Players will also enjoy a continental breakfast for the morning round and a bbq lunch between rounds. On course prizes will consist of closest to the pin contests on par three holes, longest drives for men and women and more.
Dinner (you don’t have to play golf to enjoy the “Dinner On The Range”.)
On Saturday August 10th, 2019 beginning at 5pm at Pronghorn Resort guests will be allowed to enter a culinary and beverage heaven. Once inside their ticket gets them unlimited food and beverage throughout the evening. Sample amazing cuisine made onsite from up to 16 of the finest local and regional chefs/restaurants as you wander from booth to booth. In addition to the culinary delights, guests can enjoy up to 12 wineries, brews from GoodLife & Deschutes Breweries and try unique cocktails from the spirits tent. The culinary expertise of our chefs will continually surprise your taste buds from one tent to the next.

Stars Over Newberry is a magical event that takes place atop Lava Butte in the Newberry National Volcanic Monument. Enjoy featured stargazing with Worthy Garden Club and Sisters Astronomy Club, live music, a silent auction, delicious Worthy beer, wine from Volcano Vineyards and creative bites from Bowtie Catering. This event raises much needed funds for conservation education programs which connect over 9000 kids annually with public lands on free field trips.
Please join Bend Magazine on August 10, 2019 as we present the 10th annual Bigstock Music Festival benefiting Oregon Adaptive Sports. Bigstock is Central Oregon’s premier private concert and the largest fundraiser of the year for Oregon Adaptive Sports. Big Head Todd & The Monsters are the headlining act for Bigstock 2019, in addition to The Freddy Jones Band, The Sleepless Truckers and more. General Admission tickets include hosted beverages all evening as well as one food voucher from our food truck partners. All ticket sales are final.

The Fur Ball has been voted “Best Local Fundraiser” in Central Oregon.
