This will be the 3rd time we have offered a private seating at the Trailside Kitchen in Sisters, Oregon. We have prepared a 5 course (Beer Paired) chef dinner with our friends over at Cascade Lakes Brewing for a select few who would like to indulge in the ultimate beer pairing experience. Treat yourselves to a delightful & wild culinary experience - filled with an amazing hand picked selection of Cascade Lakes beers. Immerse in the cozy ambiance as you enjoy good company and embrace the mouthwatering dishes prepared by our talented chefs. Discover what makes a perfect pairing and the process behind pairing dishes with craft beer. There will be an interactive aspect to this dinner with Chef and owner of Luckey’s Woodsman Jackson Higdon describing his dishes and pairing notes to all of his guests while personally serving his cuisine alongside Cascade Lakes amazing beer. This beer dinner will include 4oz pours of beer for all the courses. Additional beverages can be purchased during the event and will be added to your bill.
