Seated Dinner includes artisan rolls, freshly brewed coffee, decaf coffee, assorted teas and water.
Starter: SAGE SPRINGS SALAD consisting of butter lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, brie cheese, almonds, and apricots served with strawberry vinaigrette (v, gf).

* GRILLED EYE OF RIBEYE with horseradish mashed potatoes, house made NW steak sauce, roasted asparagus and blue cheese crumbles. (gf)
* WILD NORTHWEST SALMON seared, with dried fruit and nut risotto, spiced cranberry chutney, and garlic butter broccolini.
* SAGE GNOCCHI house-made sage gnocchi with brown butter and wild mushroom ragout with seasonal vegetables. (v)
Dessert: MOUSSE dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and raspberry sauce served with whipped cream.
