Quilter's Affair

Quilter’s Affair is 5 days of different art classes from quilting, to fabric dyeing, barn quilt painting, hand stitching, glass art, and creativity lectures. We fill the entire Sisters High School with 36 teachers and 1200 students from around the world. Classes run from 8:30 - 3:30 Monday through Friday. This event runs from July 7 -11.  There are evening events and lectures and the entire town gets involved. For example, Tuesday, July 8th there is an entire town sip n’ shop and all week there are drink specials for quilters like the Rotary Cutter and Seam Ripper at the Sisters Depot and store discounts around town when our students wear their name tags. It’s a super fun week!
