In this Stretch & Strength for Cyclists Workshop, you'll learn how to improve flexibility, prevent common cycling injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you riding strong. We'll also explore breath work techniques to support sustained effort and mental focus - whether you're climbing hills, grinding gravel or riding long-distance.

Chariot Bike, a woman-owned bike shop founded by local rider and mechanic Julia Sparks.
