William Florian

We’re turning the Tower stage into an intimate “house concert” set in the informal elegance of Bend’ living room. Each of Florian’s shows puts the audience onstage with him for an up close and personal musical journey through many of America’s greatest pop and folk songs. Former lead singer of the pioneering folk group New Christy Minstrels, Florian presents “Those Were The Days” (April 28) honoring the best of folk music by Peter, Paul & Mary, Pete Seeger, and dozens of others. The next night (Apr. 29), William tells “The John Denver Story,” recounting the life and achievements of the legendary “Rocky Mountain High” minstrel. Singing along is strongly encouraged! Ticket includes onstage seating plus complimentary food and drink.
