Golfing at Sunriver Resort
Golfers from all over the world flock to Sunriver Resort each year to experience 63 holes spread across four award-winning courses. Each offers some of the best views anywhere in the Pacific Northwest and caters to players of all skill levels.
Crosswater Golf Course has been hailed as one of “America’s 100 Greatest Courses” by Golf Digest. Host to championship tournaments with PGA, USGA and NCAA, this heathland-style course is situated on 600 magnificent acres of woodlands and carefully preserved wetlands. Depending on tee selection, the gently flowing Deschutes and Little Deschutes Rivers may come into play as often as seven times in a round, while offering stunning views of the surrounding forest and snow-capped Mt. Bachelor.
Meadows Golf Course, envisioned by acclaimed architect John Fought, evokes classic courses of the 1920s and 1930s with tremendous variety within its 18 holes, seven of which border the meandering Sun River. The course features aesthetic grace with dramatic directional and fore-bunkers that serve up ample challenges for golfers of all skill levels. Previously named one of the Top 10 Destinations for Family Golf by Golf Digest, Meadows has hosted PGA and USGA golf championships.
Woodlands Golf Course, designed by internationally celebrated architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., is noted by golfers for its superb conditioning and beautiful setting. Caldera Links, a family-friendly nine-hole course designed by the same team that created the award-winning Crosswater, provides the perfect setting to introduce children and newcomers to the sport. Tour-quality bentgrass greens and bluegrass tees are groomed daily, with holes ranging from 60 to 185 yards in length.
