Broken Top Club uses only the best of fresh local ingredients. Artisan cheeses from Tumalo Farms, organic herbs and heirloom tomatoes from Klamath Falls, natural beef from Madras, natural poultry from Central Oregon and fresh fish from the coast are some of the stellar ingredients used by the Broken Top Restaurant culinary team creating a panoply of sumptuous flavors each day. We pride ourselves on using only fresh and local ingredients.
Once reserved only for members, the restaurant is now open to the public, offering the ultimate place to dine, drink and soak in the extraordinary Central Oregon scenery and sunshine.
