Pastini serves up scratch-made, pasta-centric Italian comfort food from our beautiful riverside bistro in Bend’s Old Mill District. And, while we have a weakness for classic dishes like Spaghetti Carbonara, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Baked Manicotti, we also love contemporary pastas with seafood, fresh vegetables and light sauces. Pastas are made to order with responsibly-sourced ingredients and paired with curated NW and Italian wines, local craft beers, tasty cocktails and handmade desserts. Experience artisan pastas like cavatappi and pappardelle, but we’ll understand if you can’t pass up on our Spaghetti and Meatballs.

We use the terrific Tinkyada gluten-free pasta made from brown rice that’s super tasty and has great texture, just like you want it to. Even if you’re just trying to cut down on gluten, you may never go back! We even make a delicious gluten-free version of our creamy, hand-crafted Tiramisu.
