Ochoco Brewing Company is a venture born out of desire and passion for community and quality of life mixed with just the right amount of handcrafted beer and fresh, locally produced food. Born from desire, passion and a thirsty home brewer, Ochoco Brewing Company is proud to be amongst a community of industrial athletes, cattlemen, contractors, tire slingers, and server technicians. Real People, Real Beer.
The dream was birthed from a simple vision: “Love God, Work Hard, Drink Beer. If we do these things well, we will surely love our neighbors as ourselves.” The brewery evolved out of basement home-brewing experiments in the early 2000’s. With financial funding and lot of hard work from friends and family, Ochoco Brewing Company opened its doors as a pub in Prineville in 2011 as Solstice Brewing Company. It took a little time to get the brewhouse completed, but in 2012 it finally came together. The original 7bbl brewery was crammed into an 800-square foot space with used pieces of equipment purchased from Terminal Gravity Brewing and Double Mountain Brewing here in Oregon. Although it’s not the fanciest brew system, it’s the same one that still brews our delicious beers today.
Although craft breweries are popping up everywhere, we believe in what Ochoco Brewing Company uniquely offers, and over the last few years, much of the original vision has taken hold. It is an environment where people can gather around good beer and food, and often live music, to converse and celebrate life, as well as journey together. Through the use of local meats, breads, dairy products and vegetables, our menu has flourished along with our beer. The life and activities in our restaurant reflect the needs and identity of our local community. Today our brewing facility daily delivers beer to the pub, as well as other establishments throughout Central Oregon, and both pub and brewery are an integral part of bringing delicious beer and food to Prineville.
At Sunriver Brewing Company we love our beer. In a region that has taken craft beer to a whole new level, we pride ourselves on brewing awesome craft beer that includes the lighter side of brewing as well as the killer hoppy fare.
We’re just as proud of our outrageous service. Great beer needs to be shared. We’re positioned to do just that here in Sunriver and beyond. Whether we’re serving customers at one of our Sunriver Brewing Company pubs or working with our distributor partners and their outlets, our awesome beers are brewed to be relished. You’ll crave our high-quality, easy-drinking beer and we’ll do whatever it takes to share the love.
The Sunriver Brewing Company originally began in The Village at Sunriver as a family-owned pub that served great food and brewed its own beer. Since its launch in 2012, demand for our beer has increased and we’ve continued to expand production to meet that demand.
Sunriver Brewing Company is dedicated to providing exceptional food and service in a fun atmosphere in the Sunriver Village in Sunriver and also at the Galveston Pub in Bend, Oregon. They showcase their own handcrafted beer as well as a few other Central Oregon favorites.
We love our beer. In a region that has taken craft beer to a whole new level, we pride ourselves on brewing awesome craft beer that includes the lighter side of brewing as well as the killer hoppy fare.

Wild Ride Brewing is a production brewery and Tap Room located in the heart of downtown Redmond, Oregon. Planning began in late 2011, and the beers began flowing from the taps at Wild Ride Brewing on May 10, 2014. We are now open 7 days a week with food options available from the food cart community located in the parking lot just off our patio outside of our family-friendly Tap Room. Our Tap Room has indoor and outdoor seating to fit the Central Oregon lifestyle.
Our Wild Ride began when the idea of creating an awesome brewery came alive. A group of life-long friends, who grew up in Redmond, started plotting the course. With no professional brewer on the team, priority one was finding the right person to create the brews. Through the ups and downs and twists and turns, we met many interesting and special people along the way. One of these people, Paul Bergeman, ultimately joined the team and became our partner and Beer Maestro. His past experience includes years at Kona Brewing and Laurelwood Brewing, and he just so happens to brew those awesome beers we were looking for!
Another important chapter to our Wild Ride Brewing included finding the perfect location. In 2013, we found just that in an old lumber storage building in downtown Redmond. And that’s when this Wild Ride Brewing really took off! The building had four walls, concrete floors, garage doors and a tall ceiling, which was all we needed. We then created a plan to add everything else, beginning with running water (some of the best in the Pacific NW). We are thrilled to have found this location in our hometown, and there is no other place we would rather call home for our brewery.
This is the short story of our Wild Ride, and our story will keep on keeping on as we continue to make great brews for everyone to enjoy. So, what’s your Wild Ride? Whatever it may be, we raise a pint to you and the journey you’ll take to turn your wild ride into a reality.
