 Apple Pie Contest – Wednesday, July 1, 2026, The Sweetest Showdown in Central Oregon!
 It’s the perfect way to kick off La Pine's 50th Anniversary (1976–2026) and America’s big 250th with sugar, spice, and everything nice. Families, bakers, and pie lovers of all ages are welcome—grab your apron, dust off that family recipe, and let’s see whose pie is the apple of the judges’ eye!

Judging kicks off promptly at NOON, followed by the PUBLIC TASTING at 1:00 PM—so everyone gets a slice (or a sip) of the action!
