Join the Deschutes Land Trust, Kara Jakse, and Coleen Pidgeon for a bird walk at Willow Springs Preserve. Search for dippers and other water birds along Whychus Creek and warblers working the willows. Then, watch for woodpeckers in the Preserve’s cottonwood and aspen stands and raptors soaring in the meadow. Beginning and intermediate birders welcome! This is a moderate 1-2 mile hike. Registration is required and opens 1 month prior to the event.
