Join the Deschutes Land Trust and Kay Vincent from Queer as Flock for a bird walk at Paulina Creek Preserve. Stroll through ponderosa and lodgepole pine forests looking for nuthatches and red crossbills, explore meadow edges for yellow-rumped warblers and bluebirds, and listen for the distinctive call of a Western meadowlark. See how many of the 130+ species of birds you can find while you learn more about the Preserve and the Land Trust’s plans for its future. Registration is required and opens 1 month prior to the event.
