Fall Equinox & Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a beautiful Fall Equinox Cacao & Sound Bath, a restorative evening designed to help you release what you no longer need, reconnect with yourself, and welcome the new season with intention. We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony from Belize, allowing the warmth of cacao to become a moment of pause and presence.

Drinking pure chocolate cacao supports mood and wellbeing, and through guided reflection and intention setting, you’ll be invited to honor what you’re ready to let go of and what you want to cultivate in the season ahead. We will settle into a deeply restorative hypnotic meditation, light drumming, and deep rest. Come as you are.
