High Desert Harvest Dinner Series at Brasada Ranch Wild Rye

This two-night series celebrates the High Desert through seasonal ingredients, local farms, fire-cooked dishes and late-summer produce, all set against Brasada Ranch’s distinctive ranch landscape. The menu highlights everything from Nine Peak Farm shishitos and local greens with huckleberries to High Desert beef short rib, grilled rainbow trout, chanterelles and sweet corn semifreddo.

Against the backdrop of breathtaking vistas, The Harvest Dinner Series at Brasada Ranch is more than just a meal, it’s a culinary journey that showcases the freshest locally sourced ingredients of the season prepared and served from the outdoor spitfire.
