Join Amy Mew of Light, Love, and Reiki and Indy Lockhart of Rooted Presence for a deeply nourishing evening of restorative yoga and Eco Nidra under the energy of the New Moon.

We will begin with supported restorative yoga shapes and a guided body scan to help you slow down, settle into the present moment, and gently arrive in your body. From this foundation of ease and support, you'll be guided into the restful practice of Eco Nidra, creating space for deep relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

Eco Nidra is a guided meditation practice that encourages deep rest while fostering a sense of connection with the living world around us. As the body softens and the mind becomes quiet, space emerges for insight, restoration, and a deeper relationship with yourself and nature.

Natural sounds inspired by the elements will be woven throughout the experience using instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums, Koshi chimes, rain sticks, and seed shell shakers. These sounds will gently support the journey, creating an atmosphere of presence, grounding, and ease.

Like a seed planted beneath the soil, intentions often begin quietly. The New Moon offers an opportunity to pause, listen, and nurture what is ready to emerge in the cycle ahead. This gathering is an invitation to rest, reconnect, and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead.
