ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Discovered by Prince at seventeen and cast in Purple Rain with The Time, St. Paul Peterson was hand-picked to front Prince's group The Family, the first voice ever to sing “Nothing Compares 2 U.” Today he leads St. Paul & the Minneapolis Funk All Stars, an electrifying supergroup drawn from Prince's inner circle, featuring alumni of The Revolution, The Time, The Family, the New Power Generation, and Mint Condition. Together, they bring the legendary Minneapolis Sound roaring to life — the era-defining fusion of funk, rock, and R&B that changed popular music forever.

Jazz at the Oxford is hosted inside The Oxford Hotel Bend, located at 10 NW Minnesota Avenue in the heart of downtown Bend.

Small bites, desserts, beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the venue throughout the performance.
