We’re coming together to create a different kind of Saturday night in Bend. TEAL and RiseUpandGroove bring together breath, sound, music, movement and connection, all in one beautiful space as the sun goes down.

We’ll begin by connecting with ourselves.

6PM–7 PM

Guided breathwork combined with live crystal bowl sound bath. $20 · Registration required

Then we let the music take over.

7–9 PM

Downtempo → Deep House → Funky Grooves. Free · Everyone welcome

Come dance. Sip tea. Meet someone new. Connect. A perfect evening for people who love going out but are looking for something a little different. Great music, good humans and real connection without the late night bar scene.
