A dinner shaped by the wild. Join chef and forager Karl Holl of Wild Rye for an intimate culinary experience inspired by Central Oregon’s High Desert and the ingredients found within it. Across four courses, Chef Karl brings the landscape to the table through wild-foraged mushrooms, seasonal ingredients, and unexpected flavors—each dish reflecting what nature offers in that moment.
