About Kobold Brewing The Vault
Located on the North East side of Redmond, this brewery offers a picturesque setting with views of the magnificent Smith Rock State Park. The Brewhouse features a 10bbl volume three vessel system with a direct fire kettle, ensuring the production of exceptional brews. Additionally, a small 2 bbl pilot system allows the brewery to experiment and create unique, smaller batch beers for all beer enthusiasts to enjoy.
