The Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center is a 132-acre site located in Redmond, Oregon. It is placed strategically at the hub of the tri-county area (Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook Counties) together known as Central Oregon. It is 15-minutes from Bend, the largest city; 20-minutes from Prineville; 20-minutes from Sisters; 25-minutes from Madras; and 5-minutes from Redmond.
Our Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center facility is designed on a circular plot, standing at the center a person is never more than 300 yards from any one space. This Center Court is a beautiful location for any outdoor event, it features a showpiece water feature in a natural landscape setting on 3.65 acres, complete with beautifully manicured grass, ponds, cascading waterfall, and windmill. The view from our facility is unparalleled with a panorama of seven snowcapped mountain peaks that include, Mt. Bachelor, the Three Sisters; North, Middle and South, Brokentop and Mt. Jefferson. In the distance you will enjoy views of Smith Rock. A perimeter road gives easy access to the back of each building for easy load-in/load-out. The facility has a total of over 100 acres of parking.
Our facility site boasts up to 85% of the grounds beautifully manicured with landscaped lawns. Each lawn area can be rented exclusively by groups for a variety of events from Weddings, Picnics, Reunions, Car Shows, RV / Motorcycle Rallies, Animal Shows, Outdoor Trade shows, Vendors……. any event that can be placed outside will enjoy the lush green lawns.

The First Interstate Bank Center, a multi-purpose indoor arena, is the largest of the buildings that constitutes some 279,000 square feet of space under one roof. It can handle 7,800 for a concert, 4,000 for a rodeo and 5,000 for basketball; the building is capable of hosting virtually any kind of performance.
Five well- designed barns are at the heart of Deschutes Expo equestrian and livestock complex. Four barns are completely enclosed and one barn is covered. All barns are designed for multi-purpose use with blacktop flooring. Barns are equipped with drop-down electric plugs and plumbed with water for livestock. A total of 400 10×10 stalls of which 75 are permanent and 325 portable can be placed in the barns.
All spaces are designed for 10’x10’ stalls.

The High Desert Activity Center multi-purpose building complete with climate control,sound and restrooms. Its open floor plan offers 12,684 sq. ft of column free space.
Middle Sister is located within the Three Sisters Conference and Convention Center. It is the largest conference hall and measures 14,904 square feet. Surrounding the Middle Sister are four breakout rooms, East Lake, Elk, Eileen, and Doris, that can be configured in a variety of set-ups from a 19’x24’ area to a 19’x78’ setting.
South Sister is located within the Three Sisters Conference and Convention Center. It is adjoined by a hallway to Middle Sister and measures 9,416 square feet. Surrounding the South Sister are three breakout rooms, Tumalo, Sparks and Lava, that can be configured in a variety of set-ups from a 19’x27’ area to a 19’x54’ area.
The South Sister features power, telephone, and data connection in the floor on 20-foot squares. Built in sound system and wireless connectivity.
North Sister is located within the Three Sisters Conference and Convention Center and measures 9,416 square feet. Surrounding the North Sister are three breakout rooms, Ochoco, Haystack and Odell, that can be configured in a variety of set-ups from a 19’x29’ area to a 19’x69’ setting.
The North Sister features power, telephone, and data connection in the floor on 20-foot squares. Built in sound system and wireless connectivity.
