Faith Hope and Charity Vineyards invites you to a Cuisine and Wine Pairing Fundamentals class led by Chef Sommelier Dave Bodi.   Improve your wine and food pairing by learning more about the major varieties of grapes, what they have to offer and what components of those wines play the greatest role in a fantastic pairing. The evening will finish off testing your newfound knowledge in a cuisine and wine pairing session!
