5 Course Valentine’s Day Dinner

Enjoy an elegant and romantic five-course chocolate themed Valentine’s dinner at Carson’s American Kitchen. Reservations are required. Please call 541-593-3740 to reserve your table.

VALENTINE’S MENU

First Course
Chocolate Tomatoes – Cherry tomatoes dipped in chocolate, flavored with citrus, pistachio and sesame seeds

Second Course
Chocolate and Blue Cheese Crepe – Warm chocolate crepe with pear, walnuts, Danish blue cheese, arugula and black garlic vinaigrette

3rd Course
Chocolate Crusted Sole – Local sole crusted with lemon, orange zest and chocolate with a sweet potato puree and chocolate emulsion

4th Course
Butcher’s Beef Tenderloin – Coffee and chocolate rubbed butcher’s tenderloin steak with almandine potatoes, seasonal vegetables and Pinot Noir chocolate demi

5th Course
Brownie Tart – Dolce de leche and trio of chocolate brownie tart with blood orange gel and chocolate Chantilly mousse
