The essential elemments to Matt Dorrien's rollicking, Tin Pan Alley-inspired new record are as follows: piano, Nilsson, whiskey, heartbreak, a little more whiskey, Randy Newman, old phonographs, and New Orleans brass bands. Dorrien began studying classical piano at age 10. His influences include the Beatles and other musicians of the 60's and 70's that help cultivate his unique folk/pop, singer/songwriter style.
All ages welcome.
