In this class you and your partner will make stained glass honeycomb sun-catchers (options: 1 big project together, or 2 small projects separately). This is a great way to try out making stained glass and you can take the class with a date, spouse, parent, bff, etc.
This introductory class provides a foundation for stained glass using the copper foil technique. There will be precut pieces of glass shaped like honeycomb so you can design your own configuration. You will learn how to add copper foil to the glass, how to use a soldering iron and use solder to connect all of the glass pieces together. Think of it like a cooking class - we prep the "ingredients" you put it together and walk out with a finished piece - you won't do the whole process start to finish but you will get to try making stained glass plus have a fun night out!!
