AHME – Solstice, A Journey Inward

Join Miguel Medina and Jason O’Neill-Butler, aka AHME for a late afternoon of deep conversation and musical connection. Sit, stretch, move, dance and breath! Listen to a beautiful and eclectic collaboration of hand pans ( hang drum), silver and Native American flutes, digeridoo, transcendental vocals and more. AHME will talk about the Winter Solstice as a time of introspection, rest and “spiritual accumulation”, as they take you on a musical healing journey. We will wander through the past, present and future to unlock our blockages, to understand who we are and visualize where we want to be. In light of the holiday season, there will be Native American flutes ( Singing Tree Flutes ) and hand pans for sale. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat and or a blanket if you’d like to stretch or lay down during the music. Admission will go toward any musical instrument purchase.
