South Bend Bistro invites you to explore the pairings of prime butchered meats and other delicious dishes paired with Oregon Spirits Distillery. The dinner begins at 6:00pm, Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The three-course dinner includes crispy pork belly braised with Oregon Spirits bourbon, French elk rack and house made strawberry lemon sorbet using Oregon Spirits strawberry limoncello.
