Central Oregon BBQ, Brews & Whiskey Festival

The Central Oregon BBQ, Brews & Whiskey Festival features the largest BBQ Competition east of the Cascades. Sample beer and whiskey alongside several food vendors offering BBQ options. Enjoy a sunny summer weekend full of new and classic flavors while catching inspiring demos and entertainment in the heart of Oregon. 

We will be offering a competition style cooking event for BBQ pit masters around the region. The winners and grand champions of these BBQ contests are qualified to be invited to cook at national and world championship events. Teams travel from all over the PNW for the chance to show off their stuff.

While everyone loves a good BBQ, there are several more steps involved in the preparation of competition BBQ. While the backyard cook may slap some rub on a pork shoulder, smoke it and add sauce at the end, the competition teams will spend countless hours trimming, injecting, layering rubs, smoking and then applying different sauces or blends before presenting their finished product to the judges.
