Super-talented chef Peter Cho of Portland’s famed Han Oak is bringing his family to the Suttle Lodge for Christmas, and everyone’s  invited. On Christmas Eve, Cho will cook a Prime Rib dinner, Korean-style, with dumplings, dessert and more. Families will be welcomed to gather around the fire in the lodge for an unforgettable holiday feast. Cho will prepare two suppers on Dec. 24th, at 3pm and 7pm. Han Oak is one of Portland’s top dining experiences, a non-traditional Korean-American family restaurant. Chef Cho was a finalist for the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest in 2019, and named Best New Chef by Food & Wine. In 2017 Han Oak has also been named “Restaurant of the Year” by both Portland Monthly and The Oregonian.
