Dirksen Derby

The Dirksen Derby Rally Race is a snowboard, splitboard and sit-ski race at Mt. Bachelor, Oregon. The actual location of the course changes every year based on snow conditions, terrain access and variety. The two courses are top to bottom 100% hand dug.

Main Goal

The main Goal at the Dirksen Derby is to bring the international Snowboard and Sit-Ski communities together for an incredibly fun and memorable weekend full of strong friendships, intense competition and fond memories.

FINANCIAL MISSION

Our financial mission at Dirksen Derby is to use our proceeds to benefit selected local and national Non-Profits, as well as supporting our long-time friend and inspiration, Tyler Eklund. This year we will be donating to Oregon Adaptive Sports, Protect Our Winters, and Tyler Eklund. The Dirksen Derby is a proud member of 1% for the Planet.

RACE HISTORY

Since our first Dirksen Derby event in 2007, we have had 3400+ competitors and assisted in raising over $200,000 dollars for our friends, our environment and our health.
