Forever Young

Dr. Jill Helms, Professor Dept. of Surgery at Stanford will present "What Science is Discovering About Aging and Longevity".  At Dr. Helms’ lab at Stanford, they are working on understanding why we age, and then translating that new knowledge into therapeutic strategies that slow the natural process. According to Dr. Helms, questions of this magnitude require “moonshot thinking” and some serious team science, both made possible by Stanford’s diverse environment.
