La Pine Frontier Days is one of the BEST small town celebrations that normally takes place as 4th of July celebrations in Oregon! Numerous events take place during this 3 day event. This event has been rescheduled to take place in September because of the COVID-19 pandemic. You’ll love the Apple Pie Contest, Thrill to the Grand Prix Lawn Mower Races and fantastic fireworks or enjoy the Beard and Mustache contest, men’s beautiful leg contest, kids games, fun run and the Midway and Parade.
This is La Pine’s largest event and celebrates our heritage and unique character. It represents the coming together of the community in a celebration of all the things that we as Americans stand for.
