Calling all girls ages 13-18...You are invited to participate in a fun interactive workshop to learn about space exploration. "Reach for the Stars: Adventure & Innovation" lets you explore how to become a leader in science and innovation! This is an all day workshop with amazing leaders in science. Register online. - Receive your own STEAM kit and make your own Space Object with other girls.
- Meet Brianna, Sana and Kimberly, our STEAM Leaders, & hear their STEAM adventures.
- Hear from STEAM experts about opportunities for girls and women at NASA
- Meet a NASA leader and hear about some of her current projects.
- Hear Dr. Tom Furness III, grandfather of virtual reality, talk about the Heart of the Metaverse.
- Evening includes using long-range telescopes to see the planets at the Sunriver Observatory
