The High Desert Museum is offering a series of four thought-provoking events in their "High Desert Project" and HDFFA is proud to be a participating partner. The series will dive deep into the world of food, gaining insights on the diverse viewpoints surrounding this topic including sustainable agriculture, regional systems, and the rich cultural connections we share with what we eat. HDFFA's own Community Food Access Manager, Abigail Gustke, will lead the second event! Learn more at the project website, Nourishing Community, and sign up by contacting Tristin Vaughn: tvaughn@highdesertmuseum.org or (541) 382-4753 ext.284.

Event #1: Regenerative Farming and Ranching with Rainshadow Organics

Event #2: Food Systems with The High Desert Food and Farm Alliance

Explore the narrative of food systems and accessibility in the High Desert with HDFFA’s Abigail Gustke. This event meets at the High Desert Museum and includes lunch.

Event #3: Inheritance Stories with Lola Milholland

This event will be held at the High Desert Museum and includes dinner.

Event #4: Family Dinner with Justin Favela
