Elixir’s pop-up restaurant happens on special nights and is presented by local guest chefs. The menu is comprised of local, fresh ingredients and changes constantly. Dishes are paired with Elixir’s portfolio of globally and locally produced wines. Dinner seating is at 6pm. Reservations are required and seating is limited to 24 people.
Chefs collaborate with local purveyors to bring you the best ingredients Central Oregon has to offer. Partners include: Sunrise Micro Farms, Boundless Farms, Deschutes Gourmet Mushrooms, Zajac Farms, 2 Sisters Ranch and Bonta.
