James Beard Dinner

Chef Joe Kim will be working his magic to produce a dinner you won’t forget!  This is a benefit for the James Beard Foundation culinary scholarships.  The theme Chef Kim has chosen is “America’s Culinary Melting Pot”.  Food (and wine) have historically brought people together. At 5 Fusion & Sushi Bar, they are proud to nurture an understanding of unfamiliar cultures through the food we serve and share.
