I Like Pie is a family-friendly fun run/walk on Thanksgiving Day that ends in PIE and benefits Girls on the Run of Central Oregon and NeighborImpact! The two event options — an untimed 5k community run/walk and a shorter family fun run/walk — are held in the Old Mill District. Individuals and families of all ages and running/walking abilities are encouraged to come run/walk, bring pie, eat pie, and have fun!
All proceeds of I Like Pie benefit Girls on the Run and NeighborImpact. The two event options — an untimed 5k community run/walk and a shorter untimed family fun run/walk — will again be in the Old Mill District with a new course design to ease congestion. Please note that if you plan to attend, registration is required. Individuals and families of all ages and running/walking abilities are encouraged to come run/walk, bring pie, eat pie, and have fun!
Pie: Bring along a pie to help feed the I Like Pie masses. You can choose to enter it in the pie baking contest or not. FootZone $50 gift certificates will be awarded for the top 3 pies in both the “traditional” and “open” pie category. Bring a homemade pie and get a $10 FootZone gift certificate! Please follow these pie safety guidelines.
Food Drive and Donations: Please bring your 5 lbs of non-perishable food per participant for NeighborImpact on the morning of the event. We will have a collection trailer. Help us set a record for the highest number of pounds donated! We also welcome additional financial donations for Girls on the Run and NeighborImpact at the event.
