Marcello's invites you to attend its Riboli Family Wine Dinner on Wednesday, Jan. 24. This dinner will feature wine from the Riboli Family portfolio, both Italian and Californian. Marcello's will theme with its cuisine courses, comparing and contrasting Italy and California.THE MENU:
- Riva de la Rosa Gavi - Paired with a zuppa di pesce (seafood stew)
- San Simeon Monterey Chardonnay - Paired with a flatbread of brie, walnut, pear, arugula and balsamic glaze.
- Rivetti Nebbiolo - Paired with a forest mushroom risotto.
- San Simeon Paso Cabernet Sauvignon - Paired with flanken beef short ribs in a peppercorn, brandy-cream sauce. Accompanied by roasted rainbow carrots.
- Cuvage Brut Rose - Paired with IDA'S Champagne CupcakeCost for the dinner is $110 per person. This includes all food, wine and gratuity.*This wine pairing dinner requires reservations.

- A pre- dinner tasting of other wine from the portfolio will be held from 4:30 to 5:45. The tasting does not require reservations and is open to the public (21 and over only for the tasting and the dinner).
