The H. J. Andrews Experimental Forest is a 15,800-acre site in the Cascades. Created in 1948, the Andrews has attracted scientists from across the world to perform longterm ecological studies. Despite its ancient trees and rich biodiversity, the Andrews remains a secret from many Oregonians. Please join Dr. William Robbins, Emeritus Distinguished Professor of History at Oregon State University, to learn more about this experimental forest. 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Doors open at 5:30 pm FREE At McMenamins Old St. Francis School 700 NW Bond St., Bend RSVP: highdesertmuseum.org/natural-history-pub-oct
