The Maupin Experience is BACK!!   "X-Dog Events and the Maupin community invite you to come and enjoy a special weekend of adventure, celebration, and fun for all. You may want to purge some endorphins and do the event, or sit on the river banks watching friends and family work up a lather (while you enjoy a cold one). There will be fun for all. Be sure to support those businesses which are helping bring you this event! ABOUT: The event will feature a Grand Prix start where participants will run 1-mile to their bikes… then RIDE a 26-mile loop… then ROW/PADDLE 3-miles on the Deschutes (downstream)… then RUN 4-miles along the river banks… then ENJOY A FINISH PARTY! A real Central Oregon adventure!" A Cornhole Tournament (The Deschutes River Cornhole Championships) will be held the day before. Some favorite activities (like the trike races) will return, so have no fear. Watch for all details to be posted shortly. Registration will open as well. Save the date: September 23-24th.
