Spiced Rye performs at Wetlands Taphouse

Spiced Rye has more than 60 original songs, with what is best described as an Americana/singer songwriter sound, but their love for all music has created a vast catalog of covers, as well, across many genres... from Fleetwood Mac to Johnny Cash, Pearl Jam, Matchbox Twenty and more. Spiced Rye is performing 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 30 at Wetlands Taphouse in La Pine. Re's unique vocals have been described by many as having a tone that reminds people of Stevie Nicks, Tracy Chapman, Joni Mitchell and Margo Timmons. Along with lead vocals, Re plays rhythm guitar, while Larry plays rhythm and lead.
