Join us every Tuesday this summer for wine made in the Pacific Northwest, poured by some of our best local winemakers, and paired with seasonal small plates from our Skip Kitchen.
This week, we welcome Bar Fiori of Bend. Bar Fiori was started in 2021 by Bend local Kelsey Kuther. Originating as a wine delivery service during the pandemic, Bar Fiori focused on connecting small producers of low intervention, natural wine from around the world, to the Bend community. They graduated to doing local pop-ups, and then into a space in NW Bend, offering wines by the glass, small bites, as well as retail bottle sales. Kelsey endeavors to diversify the wine available in Central Oregon, and provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for people who want to learn more about wine.
For this Wine on the Deck, we're doing things a little backward - rather than pairing the food to the wines, Kelsey will be pairing the wines to the food menu designed and prepared by our Sous Chef Conrado Gonzalez.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be changed or canceled up to 1 hour before your reservation time without penalty. No shows and late cancels will be charged a $20 per person fee.
