The Suttle Lodge invites you to Turn in 2019 and Turn it Up To 2020 with Tournant on New Year’s Eve. Mona Johnson and Jaret Foster of Tournant, Portland’s roving farm-to-fire chefs, will start the celebration off by preparing an indulgent 6-course family-style feast, beginning with oysters and burnt onion dashi, fire-roasted main dishes of cedar-planked trout and fire roasted pork, finishing with a gingerbread trifle. The full menu can be viewed here. After dinner, DJ Boogies will fire up the turntables and the dance party will begin until midnight for a Champagne toast.
