Join Deschutes Land Trust and Carol Moorehead for a late spring hike at Whychus Canyon Preserve. Enjoy the best of the spring season as you search for balsamroot, pale blue flax, and other beauties all while enjoying the varied terrain and trails at the Preserve. Enjoy hiking among ancient junipers as you make your way to a rocky outcropping for a canyon overlook and mountain views. This is a moderate 3-4 miile hike with 150 ft of elevation change. Registration is required and opens 1 month prior to the event.
