SIMA Corporation purchased the property in 1998 with renovations completed in 2005. The shopping center’s open-air environment boasts pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, elaborate landscaping design and a Village plaza area for entertainment with a water and fire feature. SIMA has carefully created an assembly of tenants to create a diverse and value-added shopping environment to fit every need.
